Some 15,575 butterflies were counted! But these caterpillars are decimating my nasturtiums and I don't think they will make it to butterflies - there is barely enough leaf left for the hundred or so caterpillars! What to do - squash, move to hedge where they will surely die or the neighbours chickens? A serious dilemma.
