Lobby of Parliament on Climate Change

Wed 17 June 2015, 12 noon - 5.30 p.m. 

The rallying call has gone out nationwide to lobby our newly-elected MPs to bring tackling climate change to the top of the political agenda. The event is organised by The Climate Coalition.

 A special coach will be departing from Cheltenham at 7:30am. The coach will stop at Gloucester at 8:00am - pick up point outside the Mobility Shop, Station Road. Then it will stop at Cirencester, Beeches Car Park, at approximately 8:25 a.m.

Arrival time in London is between 11:00am and 11:30am.
The coach will then leave London following the conclusion of the rally at around 6:30pm. The coach will arrive back in Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham at around 9:30 pm, 10:00pm and 10:30pm respectively.

Stroud Constituents: There will be a preparation meeting before the event, on Tue 9 June, 7-9 p.m., at The Exchange, Brick Row, Stroud, GL5 1DF to discuss the climate change matters to raise with our MP.  

The meeting time with Stroud’s MP, Neil Carmichael, is about 12.30 on 17th June.
