I have been meaning to say congrats on this blog to Chee Hui's nose, palette, creativity and knowledge of wines - the HK House owner has just beaten Michelin-starred places and loads of other top establishments to take first prize in the new Louis Roederer/Imbibe Wine List of the Year. His 40-strong wine list was seen as 'brilliantly chosen' - I am no wine buff but have eaten there on a fair few occasions over the years and have always been impressed by the wines there - indeed one had us talking for weeks afterwards - a very unusual thing for me to do....
