Anthony Hodge exhibition in Stroud

Last year the Stroud Valleys lost one of our great local painters, Anthony Hodge - see here - well I was delighted to learn that some of his art will go on view at 1 Middle Street Gallery, Stroud (Situated at the top of Nelson Street) from tomorrow to Saturday 10th April (Closed Easter Day). Open 11am-5pm everyday. Love his colour, bold figures and landscapes - I will be calling in for a visit to the gallery.

Anthony never sat at a computer in his life time, but his family do and have taken the opportunity to also share his work on a brand new website: www.anthonyhodge.co.uk

There will also be a permanent display of some work in Horsley which can be viewed by appointment. Meanwhile as elections draw near we will miss Anthony's old gallery which was often used as a base for Nailsworth campaigns!
