Just a quick advert for a collection of courses at Westley Farm near Chalford - permaculture, rustic furniture making, charcoal burning and elm bark harvesting and weaving. It is great to see the range of courses we have in the Stroud Valleys - however I am sure we could do better at reaching people by working together more. I have been seeing if Transition Stroud and other like-minded groups could work more closely together. For example Transition Stroud has run Skills Gain courses and with the Eco-Renovation Open Homes project we are planning courses in insulation and more.
