Concerns re how County libraries will work

Yesterday I covered the plea to raise money to take the County to court over the libraries - see here. Well have a look over at the Friends of Gloucestershire Libraries website - they have been trying to find out how community libraries will work. I think their questions are wholly legitimate yet they appear to have been blocked all the way - see here. It hardly seems plausible that the county have not thought through these proposals yet here seems to be another example where things have gone badly wrong.
