Action on food speculation

Last month I uploaded a film about food speculation following a Coffee House discussion in Stroud - see second film here. Christine Haigh who you will see talking in the video has now helped launch WDM's campaign on Barclays AGM last week. See my previous discussion on this here.

Research shows that Barclays is the UK's largest food speculator, making up to £340 million from it in 2010. Tomorrow food speculation will be featured on BBC1's Countryfile at 7pm. Please also consider joining me in taking the WDM action here to email the Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
