Farming opportunity?

Locally, this side of Stroud, a 38 acres tenancy has come up (see advert left). This is an opportunity for an individual or group to work with the community in a local food project?

I have already written about my concerns at the sell-off of the County farmland - see here. This is at least an opportunity for a tenant farmer locally. Any takers?
