Lobby GCC to say no to an incinerator

I've just had notification of this event to lobby Cabinet at the County Council - supported by groups campaigning in Gloucestershire, including GlosVAIN, SWARD, GFoEN and GlosAIN.

Meet 9.40 a.m. on 16th December, steps of Shire Hall, Gloucester to lobby the cabinet meeting. The event will include:

• Christmas songs (familiar tunes with campaign slant words will be provided.) Words written to the tunes of: 'White Christmas;' 'Wish it could be Christmas every day', 'Merry Christmas Everyone', 'Jingle Bells', 'Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer' and 'Frosty the Snowman'
• Christmas card (will be presented)
• Christmas kit (optional!) It has been suggested that singers wear a santa hat because this would look good for the photos, but if you want to wear your favourite antlers, earings, or snowman suit etc. that would be brilliant too.
